Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g white cabbage (Jaroma cabbage), sliced or pointed cabbage
- 1 red bell pepper(s), peeled and cut into strips
- ½ vegetable onion(s), cut into strips
- 1 tsp lard
- pepper
- Meat broth
- Goulash spice
- 300 g minced meat, beef or mixed
- Salt
- pepper
- 350 g potatoes, diced
- Salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- Milk
- Nutmeg, grated
- 1 egg yolk

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
all conceivable vegetables can be used
Grease a casserole dish. Sauté the vegetables, season, and braise until al dente. Cover the bottom of the dish with some of the vegetables. Fry the minced meat until crumbly and season. Pour into the dish and top with the remaining vegetables. Make a mash from the potatoes and the other ingredients and spread over the vegetables. Brush with egg yolk and bake in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes.
