Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 700 g potatoes
- 2 m.-large zucchini
- 2 m.-large tomato(s)
- 400 ml vegetable stock
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the potatoes and zucchini. Slice the tomatoes. Place everything in a casserole dish, season lightly with salt and pepper, and pour over the broth. Bake for half an hour at 180°C (convection oven). Season the minced meat well and scatter it over the casserole. Garnish with crème fraîche by dropping a teaspoonful of it onto the minced meat. Return everything to the oven for another half hour.
