Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg goulash, mixed
- 1 bottle of ketchup (shish kebab ketchup)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 100 g lean ham, diced
- basil
- oregano
- e.g. tomato paste
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours
Sauté the onion, garlic, ham, and goulash, add a little water and the ketchup, and simmer for 1.5 hours. Season with basil, oregano, and tomato paste. For parties, the shashlik can be prepared the day before and then simply reheated. Serve with baguette and a green salad.
