Shaking cucumbers

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 cucumbers or zucchini
  • 2 tbsp sugar (heaped tbsp)
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 6 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar, 10%)
  • 2 onions
  • n. B. Dill
  • n. B. Mustard seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 3 days; Total time approx. 3 days 20 minutes

simple and delicious

Cut the cucumbers or zucchini into 1 cm thick slices or cubes. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar (without adding water) and mix well. Let it steep for three days, shaking or mixing well three times daily.
