Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tbsp black pepper from the mill
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp Paprika powder, hot, Hungarian
- 2 tbsp sweet paprika powder, Hungarian
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 2 tsp marjoram, dry, shredded
- 2 tsp basil, dry, shredded
- 2 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp nutmeg, freshly grated
- 2 tsp garlic granules
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp mustard seeds
- 2 tbsp sea salt, preferably coarse
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for skewers or shashlik roasts like at the fair
Tip: Make double or triple the amount to keep in stock. You can either grind all the ingredients individually and then mix them together, or put everything in a small food processor and grind them together. If stored in an airtight container, the aroma will last for a very long time.
