Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- ½ tbsp oregano, dried

Combine the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and oregano in a large bowl and add the chicken. Toss the chicken thoroughly and let it marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours. Fry in a pan until golden brown and serve. It tastes delicious on its own, but is also enjoyed with hummus and salad in Arabic bread.
