Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 180 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 500 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup sour cream or quark
- 2 cl Amaretto or rum
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
(Pastries with coffee)
Mix all ingredients together and place small mounds of dough into 180°C hot oil using a tablespoon or a small ladle. Bake. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired. The name comes from the way the pastries look like small mounds.
