Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 50 g sugar, white
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the 150 grams of flour with a pinch of salt. Then add the 100 grams of butter (cut into small pieces). Then add the 50 grams of sugar to the bowl and knead thoroughly. Once the dough is well kneaded, form it into a ball and roll it out to about 1 cm thick. Then bake the shortbread in the oven at 150°C for 45 minutes. After about 45 minutes, remove the bread from the oven. My tip: Try the shortbread with a bit of jam!
