Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 250 g margarine
- 1 pinch of salt
- Flour for the work surface
- possibly cake icing
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
quick, delicious cookies
Knead all ingredients thoroughly (preferably by hand). I usually refrigerate the dough for about an hour, but you can also use it right away. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out shapes with cookie cutters. Bake for about 10 minutes at 180°C. If you like, you can then decorate the cookies with icing.
