Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g sugar
- 200 g butter
- 300 g flour
- 1 egg yolk
- Flour for the work surface
- e.g. cake icing (chocolate glaze) or sugar glaze
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours
makes about 30 pieces
Make a dough from the first four ingredients and chill for at least 3 hours. Then roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out any shapes you like. Bake at approximately 200°C for about 10 minutes. Let cool and decorate with icing or chocolate coating. Delicious—my kids’ favorite cookies.
