Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 ml milk
- 6 tbsp honey
- 6 tsp cocoa powder (the dark baking cocoa)
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 400 ml coffee (hot + strong)
- whipped cream
- Cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the milk with the honey until it’s 1/2 cup thick. Mix the cocoa with the remaining milk, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Stir the cocoa mixture into the hot milk and bring to a boil briefly. Divide the cocoa and coffee among 4 cups or glasses. Place a dollop of whipped cream on top and sprinkle with a little cinnamon. If 2 teaspoons of cinnamon is too much for you, use just 1 teaspoon, or 1.5 teaspoons or so.
