Shortcrust Stracciatella Tartlets

The perfect shortcrust stracciatella tartlets recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 Shortcrust pastry tortletts
  • 1 packet Stracciatella Cream by Dr. Oetker
  • 200 ml Whipped cream
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 Package Cream stiffener
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 shell Strawberries
  1. Stir the straciatella cream with the cream, milk, vanilla sugar and cream stiffener for 3 minutes. Refrigerate. In the meantime, cut some of the strawberries into slices so that about 3 slices fit on each shortcrust tortlet. Halve 4 sized strawberries and set aside to decorate. Unpack the tortletts and spread some stracciatrella cream on the base, place strawberry slices on top and then pull about 1 1/2 tablespoons of cream over the strawberry slices so that a tart is made. Garnish with a halved strawberry. Chill for at least 2 hours. Finished! Great as a party snack, for birthdays or other celebrations;)
