- Bread dough
- 400 g Flour
- 15 g Yeast fresh
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 Msp Salt
- Water
- Olive oil
- 1,5 kg Shovel the boneless
- Dissolve the yeast with a pinch of sugar and a little water. Put the flour in a bowl and pour the dissolved yeast into the middle. Make a smooth batter with olive oil and water. It shouldn’t stick, if that is the case add a little flour. Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Roll out the dough on a baking board. Pat the shovel dry, place it on the dough and now pull the dough over the shovel from all sides.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 1 hour. Potato salad, for example, is served with it. We always have that on Christmas Eve, because it has to be prepared well.
