Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g pork, shredded
  • 2 bags of rice (long grain rice)
  • salt water
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ onion(s), diced
  • Herbs
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

quick and tasty

First, cook the rice in salted water and, in the meantime, fry the pork strips. Once the meat is browned, add the onions. Once they’re golden brown, pour in the cream and diced tomatoes. Stir in the tomato paste and season with salt, pepper, curry powder, and various herbs. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir until everything is well combined.
