Shrimp in garlic sauce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g prawns, pre-cooked, from the refrigerated section
  • 1 bottle of sauce (garlic)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 shot of milk, 1.5% fat
  • some parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Place the shrimp in a small bowl, peel the garlic, and grate it over the shrimp. Then add about 2 tablespoons of garlic sauce and a splash of milk. When blended, the sauce should not be too runny. Stir in the parsley and taste. If it tastes too much like mayonnaise, just add another splash of milk. If it’s too bland, add another tablespoon of garlic sauce. The garlic will taste very spicy at first, so let the shrimp marinate in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
