Shrimp in mustard cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g raw shrimp(s), boned
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • butter
  • 200 g cream
  • 4 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Toss the shrimp with the lemon juice and let it stand for about 10 minutes. Peel the shallot or onion and chop very finely. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, and finely chop the coarse stems. Heat the butter in a saucepan, but do not let it brown. Add the onion and sauté until translucent. Add the shrimp and fry. Mix in the cream, mustard, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
