Shrimp in onion cream sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g shrimp(s) (tails)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the shrimp if necessary. Dice the onions and add them to a pan. Sauté the shrimp and onions together. When the onions are the desired color, add the cream and vegetable stock (a stock cube can also be used). Add salt and pepper to taste and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the garlic and simmer for a few more minutes. This dish goes best with black spaghetti or mixed-color pasta.
