Shrimp pan with parsley

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g raw prawns, headless, with shell
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon(s) or lime (organic)
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

Wash the prawns, dry them, and slice them. Wash the lemon in hot water, pat it dry, and slice it as well. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, and roughly chop it. Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the prawns for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally. Add the garlic and lemon and fry for about 1 minute. Season the prawns with salt and pepper. Stir in the parsley. Serve with baguette or fresh flatbread. Tip: Add lime for a fruitier flavor.
