Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 2 spring onions
- Parsley, chopped
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- pepper
- 200 g shrimp(s), marinated in garlic, drained weight
- ½ lime(s)

makes a statement, even for guests!
Wash, deseed, and slice the bell peppers. Peel the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Combine them with the chopped parsley leaves in a bowl and toss with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the garlic-seared shrimp and the peeled and sliced limes. Season again and serve with white bread or flatbread.
