Shrimp skewer with bacon and basil

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 12 prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 12 basil leaves
  • 12 slices of bacon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finger food

Cover the back of the shrimp with a basil leaf and wrap the whole thing with a slice of bacon. Thread the wrapped shrimp lengthwise onto a shrimp skewer. Fry the skewers in a little olive oil for about 3 minutes on each side.
