Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g king prawns, peeled, deveined
- 1 lime(s)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 tsp chili sauce
- 2 tsp sea salt, coarse
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 50 ml ketchup
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 50 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp brandy
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp sea salt, coarse
- 1 tsp horseradish
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 29 minutes

Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Let the shrimp marinate in the marinade for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Combine the cocktail sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Grill the shrimp for about 4 minutes at medium heat (175-200°C), turning once or twice. When the shrimp are firm, remove from the grill and serve with lime and cocktail sauce.
