Shrimp with cream cheese, tarragon and lemon dip

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 shrimp(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 60 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp tarragon, fresh, chopped
  • 50 g cream
  • some lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • n. B. Salad of your choice for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Remove any skin and devein the shrimp, if necessary. Fry in a little oil. Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for the dip and season to taste. Arrange both on plates with some salad and serve.
