Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 small flatbreads, or one large
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 bell pepper(s), cut into fine strips
- 2 small tomatoes, diced
- 100 g salami, cut into strips
- 8 peppers, cut into small pieces
- 2 spring onions, cut into rolls
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 200 ml cream or soy cream
- 300 g cheese (pizza)
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp basil, dried
- ½ tsp oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cut the flatbreads open. Mix all ingredients except the cheese together and season to taste. Spread the mixture on the flatbread halves. Sprinkle the cheese evenly on top and bake the flatbreads on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 200°C (180°C fan-assisted oven) for about 15 to 20 minutes.
