Sicilian Style Pasta

The perfect sicilian style pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 g Pasta
  • 400 g Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 1 small Peeled garlic clove
  • 4 small Anchovies (anchovies)
  • 6 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Salt
  1. Finely chop the peeled clove of garlic, fry briefly in 3 tablespoons of oil, remove. Add tomatoes, anchovy fillets and parsley to the hot oil. Cook over high heat for about 15 minutes.
  2. In a coated pan, lightly toast the breadcrumbs while stirring, turn off the heat and mix with the remaining oil (3 tablespoons).
  3. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the instructions. Drain the pasta and arrange on a plate with the sauce. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and serve immediately.
