Sicilian Style Pasta
The perfect sicilian style pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 g Pasta
- 400 g Chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 1 small Peeled garlic clove
- 4 small Anchovies (anchovies)
- 6 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Pepper from the grinder
- Salt
- Finely chop the peeled clove of garlic, fry briefly in 3 tablespoons of oil, remove. Add tomatoes, anchovy fillets and parsley to the hot oil. Cook over high heat for about 15 minutes.
- In a coated pan, lightly toast the breadcrumbs while stirring, turn off the heat and mix with the remaining oil (3 tablespoons).
- Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the instructions. Drain the pasta and arrange on a plate with the sauce. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and serve immediately.
