Side Dish: Mashed Potatoes with Herbal Crème Fraîche and Herbal Sausages

The perfect side dish: mashed potatoes with herbal crème fraîche and herbal sausages recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 a cup Crème fraîche with herbs
  • 4 size Potatoes
  • 4 size Vegetable broth *
  • Water for potatoes
  • 4 piece Herbal sausages
  • 1 Msp Nutmeg a.d.M.
  1. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into pieces, add some vegetable stock, pour over the water and bring to the boil. When the potatoes are cooked, drain them, separate the water, mash the potatoes with the masher, add the mug of crème fraîche, a little more nutmeg and mash everything well.
  2. The sausages are braised on both sides in a pan and then served on top of the mashed potatoes.
