Herbal Braids with Crème Fraîche

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Flour
  • 1,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chopped herbs
  • 200 g Crème fraîche with herbs
  • 3 tbsp Garlic oil
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 cube Yeast
  • Milk for brushing

Instructions
 

  • Heat the milk and dissolve the yeast with the sugar in it.
  • Put all the other ingredients in a bowl, including the crème fraîche with herbs. Add the yeast milk to the other ingredients and knead all of them to form a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let rise for 45 minutes.
  • After rising, knead again and divide into 8 pieces. Braid each piece into a braid. Place the braids on a tray and brush with milk and sprinkle with grains if necessary. Let rise another 30 mMin.
  • Preheat the oven to 170 ° and bake the braids for 20 minutes.
