Ingredients
- 500 g Flour
- 1,5 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chopped herbs
- 200 g Crème fraîche with herbs
- 3 tbsp Garlic oil
- 150 ml Milk
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 cube Yeast
- Milk for brushing
Instructions
- Heat the milk and dissolve the yeast with the sugar in it.
- Put all the other ingredients in a bowl, including the crème fraîche with herbs. Add the yeast milk to the other ingredients and knead all of them to form a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let rise for 45 minutes.
- After rising, knead again and divide into 8 pieces. Braid each piece into a braid. Place the braids on a tray and brush with milk and sprinkle with grains if necessary. Let rise another 30 mMin.
- Preheat the oven to 170 ° and bake the braids for 20 minutes.
