Herbal Braids with Crème Fraîche

  • 500 g Flour
  • 1,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chopped herbs
  • 200 g Crème fraîche with herbs
  • 3 tbsp Garlic oil
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 dice Yeast
  • Milk for brushing
  1. Heat the milk and dissolve the yeast with the sugar in it.
