Swiss Chard with Jacket Potatoes and Raw Vegetables

The perfect swiss chard with jacket potatoes and raw vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g Swiss chard
  • 220 g Raw fruit and vegetables salad
  • 50 g Tofu firm
  • 20 g Chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Mung bean sprouts fresh
  1. Lightly fry the tofu, add the onions and sauté gently, chop the chard and sauté with the tofu and onions for approx. 2 minutes. Boil potatoes. In the meantime, cut up raw vegetables, using lettuce, tomato, zucchini and edible capuchin and borage flowers.
