- 50 g Swiss chard
- 220 g Raw fruit and vegetables salad
- 50 g Tofu firm
- 20 g Chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Mung bean sprouts fresh
- Lightly fry the tofu, add the onions and sauté gently, chop the chard and sauté with the tofu and onions for approx. 2 minutes. Boil potatoes. In the meantime, cut up raw vegetables, using lettuce, tomato, zucchini and edible capuchin and borage flowers.
