- 4 size Waxy potatoes
- Sunflower oil
- 1 size Cut onion
- 1 toe Chopped garlic
- 10 stem Fresh smooth parsley
- 1 handful Rosemary needles chopped
- Vegetable broth to season
- Salt and pepper
- Peel, wash and dice the potatoes.
- Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small pieces.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions and garlic. Then add the potato cubes and sear them, not too fast or too hot.
- Season with vegetable stock or salt and pepper and braise well.
- Chop the rosemary needles and the parsley and add them shortly before the end of the roast …..
