Siggi's white cabbage salad with pear and red onion

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ¼ white cabbage
  • ½ onion(s), red
  • ½ pear(s)
  • 5 pinch(s) caraway seeds
  • 5 pinches of salt
  • 3 pinches of pepper
  • 2 tsp, heaped honey
  • 1 tbsp, heaped mayonnaise
  • 1 shot of long-life milk
  • 5 dashes lemon juice
  • 30 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

For the salad, peel the onion, white cabbage, and pear. Chop these ingredients one by one (I did this in a Thermomix) and place them in a salad bowl. Make a dressing with the remaining ingredients, pour it over the salad, and mix everything well. Refrigerate the salad for about 30 minutes to let it marinate. Then adjust the seasoning to taste.
