Silesian Dumplings
The perfect silesian dumplings recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Peeled potatoes freshly cooked
- 3 tbsp Potato flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- Butter
- Roasted white bread cubes
- Boil the potatoes, drain them and let them cool down a little, then press through the potato squeegee and add the salt and potato flour.
- From the mixture, shape the kettles with a few white bread cubes in the middle and let them steep in hot water for 20 minutes.
- Goes well with Silesian pork roast (see KB)
