Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g sauerkraut
- 2 tbsp instant chicken broth
- 100 g butter
- 2 tbsp Maggi
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 onion(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Rinse the sauerkraut thoroughly with water, then add it to a pot with a little water, bring to a boil, and simmer on low heat for 40 minutes. Then drain the water. Dice the onion, fry in butter until translucent, and add to the cabbage. Season with broth, Maggi sauce, and pepper, bring back to a boil, and serve.
