Simple applesauce crumble cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 250 g butter
  • 3 jars of applesauce (370 g each)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sift the flour with the baking powder. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, egg, and butter. Blend everything with a mixer (or by hand) until crumbly. Place about half of the crumbles on a baking sheet and press into a base. Spread the applesauce over the dough and sprinkle the remaining crumbles on top. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven at 180°C and bake the cake for about 50 minutes.
