Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,000 ml cream
  • 1 pack of cake base (dark Viennese base)
  • 2 bananas
  • some jam or Nutella
  • 1 pack of food coloring
  • Chocolate shavings
  • 2 tbsp, heaped cream stiffener

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, whip the cream with cream stiffener and then divide it into three parts. Then you take the food coloring and fold it into one of the creams. This is for the decoration. Next, we cut the bananas into small cubes and fold them into the second whipped cream. Then we fold the chocolate shavings into the last part of the cream. Now we have two different cream fillings. You take the first layer and spread it with the banana cream. Place the second layer on top. Then you spread Nutella or jam on it. Then you spread the chocolate cream on top. Now goes the last layer. Now you take the colored cream and decorate the cake with it as you like. Finally, you can decorate the cake with banana slices, sprinkles, or something similar. It’s best to keep it refrigerated for a few hours.
