- 1 cup condensed milk, sweetened, maybe a little less
- 200 g milk chocolate

The cup used as a measuring cup holds approximately 200 ml. Blend the desiccated coconut and condensed milk into a firm mixture. Let it rest for approximately 10 minutes. Shape into balls using two small teaspoons and chill for 30 minutes. Melt the chocolate and roll the balls in it. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks. Variations: If desired, mix chopped raisins, apricots, or pineapple into the coconut mixture. The fruit can also be soaked in alcohol first.
