Simple cheese and sausage salad

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250g Gouda
  • 1 pack of poultry sausage, approx. 400 g
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tsp, heaped pepper
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 5 tbsp vinegar
  • 9 tbsp safflower oil
  • 2 tbsp chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 15 minutes

Finely chop the cheese, sausage, and onions. Make a marinade with pepper, salt, sugar, vinegar, oil, and chopped chives. Mix everything together and let it marinate for at least 5 hours.
