Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g salmon fillet(s)
- 20 g chives
- 100 g quark
- salt and pepper
- Soy sauce
- some butter for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Cut the salmon into cubes and fry lightly in a little butter for 2 minutes. Cut the chives into 1-2 mm rings. Mix both with the quark and season with salt, soy sauce, and pepper. Serve with potatoes or baguette. This dish has approximately 475 kcal per serving.
