Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g mushrooms, brown
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 sprigs of thyme
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 100 ml cream
- 1 clove(s) garlic

Clean the mushrooms and chop them according to size. Peel and finely dice the onion. Pluck the thyme from the sprigs. Melt the butter in a pan and lightly sauté the diced onion. Add the mushrooms and fry gently over medium heat. Now add the thyme and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms, sauté briefly, then add a little water while stirring, bring to a boil, and simmer gently for a few minutes. Finally, pour in the cream and grate in some fresh garlic, if desired, and season generously with salt and pepper. This goes well with gnocchi or pasta.
