Simple curry marinade

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp, heaped curry powder
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • possibly garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

One portion is enough for about 400 g of chicken fillet or similar.

Combine the ingredients and mix. You can add additional spices and herbs as desired. Then marinate the meat and grill or roast. The marinade doesn’t necessarily need to sit for 24 hours for schnitzel; it can be used immediately after marinating, although this is preferable for larger cuts of meat.
