Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 70 g butter, soft
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 60 g pumpkin flesh, grated
  • Fat for the molds

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into three greased pumpkin pie crusts. Bake at approximately 160°C (top/bottom heat) for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Decorate as desired.
