Simple flatbread from the pan

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • n. B. herbs
  • e.g. margarine, vegan, or neutral oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

vegan, for 2 large or 4 small flatbreads

Combine all ingredients and knead briefly, first with a spoon, then by hand. Divide the dough into pieces and roll them out with a rolling pin. Fry on both sides in a pan with melted margarine or neutral oil. You’ll make two large or four small flatbreads.
