Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g jasmine rice, Thai
  • 250 ml salt water
  • 200 g peas, frozen
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • oyster sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • sesame oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Wash the rice and cook in salted water for 10 minutes, until the water is absorbed by the rice. While the rice is cooking, cook the peas in salted water for 10 minutes. Heat a little oil in a large pan. Add the eggs, let them set, and break them up. After 8 minutes, add the peas and cook for 3 minutes. Add the cooked rice to the pan and season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for a few minutes. If necessary, add more stock or water if the rice becomes dry during cooking.
