Simple fruity smoothie with kefir

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 apple (Braeburn)
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 tangerine(s)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 150 ml kefir, 1.5% fat
  • Honey, creamier, if needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the apple, core it, and cut it into small pieces. Juice the orange and tangerine. Peel the banana and cut it into pieces. Combine the kefir, orange and tangerine juice, and apple and banana pieces in a blender and puree with an immersion blender. If desired, you can sweeten the smoothie with creamy honey. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy. Makes approximately 550 ml.
