Ingredients for 4 servings:
- some oil for frying
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 carrot(s)
- 600 g potatoes
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- 800 g sauerkraut
- 2 small cans of chopped tomatoes, approx. 400 g each
- 1,250 ml vegetable stock
- 1 small can of white beans, approx. 400 g each
- 1 bunch of parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
hot, spicy, delicious
Heat a little oil and sauté the finely chopped onion until translucent. Add the diced carrot, diced potatoes, and chopped chili and fry for about 5 minutes. Add the sauerkraut, tomatoes, and broth and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add the beans and heat again. Stir in the finely chopped parsley.
