Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • some oil for frying
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 600 g potatoes
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 800 g sauerkraut
  • 2 small cans of chopped tomatoes, approx. 400 g each
  • 1,250 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 small can of white beans, approx. 400 g each
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

hot, spicy, delicious

Heat a little oil and sauté the finely chopped onion until translucent. Add the diced carrot, diced potatoes, and chopped chili and fry for about 5 minutes. Add the sauerkraut, tomatoes, and broth and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add the beans and heat again. Stir in the finely chopped parsley.
