Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 300 ml water, lukewarm
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 20 g fresh yeast
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

Dissolve the yeast and honey in half of the lukewarm water. Add the flour and the remaining water. Knead the dough thoroughly for about 10-15 minutes, until it is no longer sticky. Let the dough rest for 30-40 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C (convection oven). Pour the dough into a bread pan and bake for 45-50 minutes. Tip: You can also incorporate various nuts or seeds into the dough.
