Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 can Lentils with soup vegetables
- 1 m.-sized carrot(s), diced
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 3 medium-sized potatoes, diced
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- some oil

Sauté the onion in oil. Add the lentils (entire contents of the can) and vegetable stock. Add the carrots and potatoes and cook together over medium heat for 25-30 minutes.
