Simple mushroom cream sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g mushrooms, brown
  • 300 g white mushrooms
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • e.g. vegetable broth, instant
  • some pepper
  • some Cremefine

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

goes great with pasta and schnitzel

Clean the mushrooms, then halve them and cut each half into strips (you can skip halving for smaller mushrooms). Heat the pan and add the Cremefine sauce. Sauté the mushrooms. Meanwhile, dice the onion and add it to the pan. Once the mushrooms have turned a light brown, deglaze with the cream, bring to a boil, and season with salt, vegetable stock powder, and pepper. Caution: Since the vegetable stock powder is very salty, use the salt sparingly!
