Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 m.-sized carrot(s)
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 250 g celery
- 1 large onion(s)
- 250 g mushrooms
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- marjoram
- 500 g soup meat (leg)
- nutmeg
- n. B. water
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
a delicious soup for cold days
Peel and chop the vegetables. Briefly roast the shank and vegetables and deglaze with water. Season with salt, pepper, marjoram, and nutmeg. Simmer for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, add the pasta, cook until tender, and drain. After 30 minutes, add the mushrooms to the soup and the drained pasta. Bring back to a boil, season to taste, and stir in the egg.
