- 250g Nutella
- 1 egg(s)
- 250 g flour
- 250 ml milk, adjust to taste

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
crispy outside, soft inside
Combine Nutella, flour, milk, and egg in a bowl and mix on low speed. Then beat on high speed until thick. Pour the batter into any cake pan. I used a loaf pan. Bake at 175°C for 30 minutes. Check with a cake skewer.
