Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 75 g bacon, diced
- 125 g Cremefine
- 1 egg(s)
- 4 large onions
- 1 tbsp, levelled sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Spread the dough on baking paper and form a rim from the sides. Prick the dough with a fork. Fry the bacon and onions with salt, pepper, and sugar. Whisk the Cremefine and egg together, season with salt and pepper. Pour the bacon and onion mixture over the dough and spread the creamy mixture evenly. Bake at 210°C for about 25 minutes.
