Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 pointed peppers, red
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 tbsp oil, neutral
- 2 tbsp vinegar (herbal)
- 2 tsp maple syrup, alternatively 1-2 tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp sea salt, freshly ground
- ½ tsp dill, dried or fresh
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped, frozen or fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
For the dressing, dice the onion very finely and mix with the oil, vinegar, maple syrup, salt, and herbs. Let the dressing sit for 10 minutes. Finely slice the bell peppers, toss with the dressing, and serve.
